Fully automatic filling machine with vertical orientation of the pumps. A step up from the Synchromat, the V-Series features air-over-oil control for the diving nozzles and other advances features.
The V Series Filling Machine can accommodate a wide variety of free-flowing, semi-viscous to viscous products as well as a wide range of containers.
The filling units are placed in a vertical position and allow a quick and tool-less changeover. The V Series can accommodate up to 22 filling units for a production rate up to 300 cpm depending upon the products characteristics and the containers shape and size.
This automatic inline filler also has bottom-up, locate, and static modes for nozzle position control, quick volume adjustment, expandable design, optional HMI touchscreen, and a programmable controller.
