Hammer Nuts

While they are fasteners, similar to other slot nuts, a hammer nut drops in the slot and twists into position with a positive stop when the screw is tightened. You’ll find A-Line Automation’s hammer head nuts to be just as effective when paired with Bosch extrusions as with other styles of extrusion.

You’ll notice that the face is barbed with a pattern of ridges. This helps the nut slot really dig into and embed itself within the slot of extrusions for a much stronger grip and provide a conductive connection. A-Line Automation offers T-nuts for aluminum extrusions in sizes ranging from 6mm, 8mm, and 10mm slots.
